The short version: we don't collect your data. Our business model is selling good software, not information about the people who use it.
This website
towertrove.com uses no cookies, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party scripts or fonts. Our web host keeps standard, short-lived server logs (IP address, requested page, timestamp) for security and operations; we do not use them to identify or profile visitors.
Our apps (including SideWalker)
- All app data stays on your device. Clients, dogs, walks, photos, schedules, and earnings are stored in the app's private on-device database. We have no servers and no copy of your data.
- No accounts. Our apps never ask you to register, sign in, or provide an email address.
- No analytics or tracking. Our apps contain no analytics SDKs, no advertising SDKs, and make no network calls to us.
- System permissions are optional and just-in-time. SideWalker asks for Calendar access only if you enable calendar sync, Photos access only when you attach photos, and Notifications only for walk reminders you schedule. You can decline any of these and keep using the app.
- Payments between you and your clients happen in the payment apps you already use (Venmo, PayPal, cash). SideWalker composes a message on your device; it never processes, holds, or sees a payment.
- In-app purchases are processed by Apple. We receive Apple's standard, anonymized transaction reports — never your name or payment details.
- Anything you share is your choice. Report cards and payment requests leave the app only when you tap Share, through the standard iOS share sheet, to recipients you pick.
Children
Our apps are designed to be appropriate for teens. Because we collect no personal information from anyone, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you email us at admin@towertrove.com or support@sidewalker.app, we keep the correspondence to help you and delete it when it's no longer needed. We don't add you to mailing lists.
Changes
If our practices ever change, we'll update this page and the effective date above. Material changes to app privacy would also appear in App Store release notes.
